New Leaders Assimilation Program

We’ve all been here – every organization has hired the “perfect” leader, and several months later, what happened? Who did we hire? Odds are, you haven’t hired the wrong person, but instead:

«The critical activities to ensure the success of a new hire within an organization were not carried out»

«Leader rotation involves estimated costs of 150% of their annual compensation»

0% Annual Salary
Compensation cost due to turnover
0% Failure
of a new leader
0% Increased Effectiveness
of our scientific process

Organizations invest thousands and thousands of dollars in acquiring great talent, only to find that their new leader has failed due to a poor assimilation process to the new organization.

New Leaders Assimilation Program

It was originally designed by the USA ARMY, and today it is widely used for the alignment and effectiveness of the Leader and his work team.

The fundamental objective of the program is to maximize the team effectiveness, and the optimization of the relationship with the new leader; as a basis for the focus and success of the business management. We facilitate the first 100 days, through the development, mentoring and involvement with the new leader and his 360 circle.

The «Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) *» estimates that the failure of new leaders is between 38% to a little more than 50%, because they fail to clearly understand expectations, culture and the changing environment.

We reverse this effect if relationships are quickly established. We evaluate you, so you clearly understand your role, expectations, and how to adapt to the new environment and culture. This process is typically accomplished within the first six to nine months, but, with the increasing demands in the business world today, they are expected to be able to respond quickly.

Our scientific and integrated process minimizes risk factors and accelerates the effective integration of the new leader into the organization early.

Do you know if the onboarding process to leadership positions is correct?
